How we got started

 In 2011, Tiffany Alexander opened a private practice focused on offering the highest-level care with the least barriers to receiving care. Her team works with many insurance companies and offers private pay options to offer their expert care to a much larger population than traditional private practices serve.

Alexander & Associates Counseling Services takes a holistic approach when it comes to helping our clients. We are always thinking about the whole person and their circumstances and mobilizing all resources that could be of assistance and support. We help regular people going through difficult times.

Under her leadership, Alexander & Associates Counseling Services has grown into one of the top counseling companies in Alabama; with the most experienced staff of counselors.

Tiffany has been practicing counseling in the Greater Birmingham Area since 1999, and in private practice since 2011. She is a Licensed Professional Counselor & Supervisor (LPC-S), a Nationally Certified Counselor, as well as an active member of the American Counseling Association, Alabama Counseling Association and former chapter president.
