Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

We observe a 48-hour cancellation policy. Please allow us a minimum of 48-hours notice if you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment or you will be charged a late cancellation fee.

 

We understand that emergencies do happen, but please alert our office at 205-538-3099 as soon as possible if you can not attend your appointment.
