Insurance & Private Pay

Most of our counselors are in network with several health insurance companies such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, All Kids, American Behavioral, BHS, Beacon, United, Cigna, Ambetter, Viva & Optum. We also accept several EAP (Employee Assistance Programs), which provide Counseling at no cost to employees and their families. Prior to your appointment, please verify that your counselor is in network with your insurance policy, if you need a referral, or a prior authorization. If your insurance does not cover your session, you will be responsible for the remaining balance. Medicaid, and Medicare are processed as out of network at this time.

* We are working with Tricare and Aetna to renew contracts and should be in network for several provider soon!!

If you have health insurance, your book online payment will be applied toward co-pays or deductible, once your insurance claims are processed.

We also offer out-of-pocket rates and discounted packages with the purchase 4, 6 or 8 sessions. 

 

If you can not make it to your appointment, please cancel with at least 48 hours notice or you will be charged a $50 late fee. If you do not cancel and do not show up, a $100 no show fee will be charged.

All Refunds will be subject to 5% processing fee.
