Lucinda Armstrong

About Me:

I provide a safe, confidential, and supportive environment to help individuals and families navigate life’s most difficult times. We all struggle at some point—whether it’s due to anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, or behavioral issues. My goal as a counselor is to help you find meaning, get life back on track, and support healing within yourself and your family.

With over 20 years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked extensively with children and teenagers experiencing behavioral challenges, as well as individuals dealing with grief, low self-esteem, depression, anxiety, and family conflict. I also have significant experience working with children and families who have been impacted by abuse and trauma.

In addition to therapy services, I conduct assessments for adoption home studies.

My approach is client-centered and compassionate, with a focus on helping each person find hope, resilience, and practical tools to move forward.
