Jillian Littlefield LPC

In my career as a counselor, I have worked primarily in the field of substance abuse treatment as an intensive outpatient (IOP) counselor. I provided group, individual, and family counseling to adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. I am particularly passionate about working with clients recovering from substance use disorders, Adult Child of an Alcoholic/Addict (ACOA) issues, and codependency. I enjoy working with adults and adolescents (ages 13 and up), couples and families to identify areas of potential growth, establish personal goals, and empower clients to make positive changes in their lives. I primarily utilize solution-focused brief therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy techniques in my work. At present, I am working on becoming certified to treat problem gambling, as well.
